Interface to your DAW and back-up for all your recordings

Bluebox are based on JoeCo's award-winning Blackbox series but not just another series of sound cards your DAW. Each Buuebox is also a stable, multi-track recorder and back-up solution so you can be sure not a single sample is lost.†

There are three models of Bluebox to choose from, all deliver precisely audio in up to† 24bit/96kHz with the recognized reliability that has made JoeCo famous.

The latest model is the simplest with 24 balanced line inputs, 16 ADAT, SMUXII support and 24 line outputs.

The middle model has eight individually selectable mic/line inputs and 16 balanced line inputs.

BBWR24MP which is big brother in the context has 24 selectable mic/line inputs with JoeCo's best-in-class amplifier.†

In a studio environment, Blurbex functions as a sound card with latency close to zero with 24 inputs and 24 outputs with 24bit/96kHz audio on USB 2.0 and if your computer freezes or crashes Bluebox continues to record so no sound is lost!

Blurbox also has the advantage that it can be used as a stand-alone recorder out in the field and can then be synchronized to an external Word Clock, time code or video.

Microphones can either be plugged into a D-Sub whip or into an optional 2He panel. The audio is recorded to an external USB hard drive in Broadcast Wave.

The unit can either be controlled via its front panel or via JoeCoControl on a PC, or JoeCoRemote on an iPad.†
