We only sell to companies. If you as a private person want to buy any of our products, feel free to contact us and we will help you find a reseller.
Our prices
Our prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Depending on rounding, the invoiced price may differ slightly from the stated prices. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Terms of delivery
All deliveries are made free our warehouse (Incoterms 2020 EXW). Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made by the most suitable mode of transportation for us and are charged accordingly.
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer bears the risk during transportation from our warehouse, any insurance is taken out by the buyer. Backorders are automatically noted and delivery is made as soon as possible.
Transport damage and claims for compensation
Notified by the buyer immediately to the carrier.
Terms of payment
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made against cash payment or advance payment by post. For delivery against invoice, an account credit granted by us is required. Payment terms for invoicing are normally 20 days net after the invoice date. After the due date, penalty interest is charged.
Returns
Return of goods can only be made by agreement, contact us for RA number. The goods must be in original packaging. Invoice or invoice copy must be attached to the return. The buyer pays the return freight and bears the transportation risk. Return shipping must always be done with delivery to our address. Goods returned for reasons other than our faulty shipment will be credited with 80% of the value of the goods. Deductions for damage to packaging or missing accessories, manuals, etc. are applied. Faultlessgoods manufactured or acquired especially for the buyer cannot be returned.
Warranty and guarantee
Goods sold are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, unless otherwise agreed. The warranty does not cover faults arising from interference with the appliance or incorrect connection. The warranty does not cover transportation or travel costs. During the warranty period, our workshop, or a workshop designated by us, is responsible for the repair.
In all other respects, the warranty is in accordance with LLB2024G.
