As more wireless devices use radio frequencies, competition for the 'air' has intensified. For those using wireless microphones, it is therefore important to know which frequencies are approved in Sweden and how to avoid problems.
Safe frequencies mean frequency ranges that:
Are legal to use for wireless microphones
Are relatively protected from interference from e.g. mobile networks, TV and other radio
Offer stable performance even with many simultaneous users

Tip: Keep in mind that some transmitters can be programmed to multiple bands - choose a system with flexible frequency management.
Systems that use narrowband technology (such as Lectrosonics or Sound Devices A20 series) use much narrower bandwidth per channel. Advantages:
More simultaneous channels within the same spectrum
Less risk of intermodulation
Better spectrum efficiency for large arrays
Scan frequencies before use: choose systems with automatic scanning
Use antenna systems correctly: incorrectly placed antennas can cause dropouts
Avoid transmitting on the same frequency as the TV masts in the area
