RB-SD1IP, Silence Detector with Ethernet & USB. The SD1IP is intended to monitor, for example, a radio studio and in the event of an error on the normal signal source, connect an alternative signal source and indicate that an error has occurred. The signal normally goes through the Silence detector, if the signal is silent for more than a certain pre-programmed time, the other signal source is connected . SD1 can also start the alternative source via the remote switch. In the event of a power failure, the signal is bypassed via a relay. Detection of silence can be set between -15 and -60 dB (0 - -60dB via webbrowser), the time can be adjusted up to 30 seconds (up to 10min via webbrowser).
