The Rycote SC-08 is a highly directional, supercardioid condenser microphone designed for a range of studio and field recording applications.

The SC-08 microphones provide directional pickup with a virtually flat frequency response from 70Hz-20KHz, which dips moderately below 60Hz. The microphones are built on Rycote's low self-noise preamplifier design and capsules that offer a consistent sound signature that blends well when used with other Rycote microphones in the range.

The SC-08 microphones can be used individually or in matched stereo pairs.

Each microphone comes with a customer Rycote microphone clamp and 5cm of foam included in the box.
