The ASF-1 MKII is created and manufactured by Ambient Recording as an affordable, yet professional hydrophone. The goal was simply to create a natural sounding underwater microphone with low noise. It took them three years, but now it's here. Ambient's "Sound Fish" is a linear microphone with low distortion and a frequency response of 7Hz - 100kHz.
