In this privacy policy, which applies to everyone who in any way uses Visono Media AB's services or products and/or otherwise has contact with us, we describe, among other things, how and why we process your personal data and what rights you have under applicable personal data legislation.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, Visono Media AB, reg. no. 556266-4739, Såå 406, 837 97, ("Visono Media", "we") is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy or other data protection issues. You can find our contact details at the end of this policy.

  1. What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a living natural person. Examples include everything from social security numbers to email addresses, but even encrypted data can constitute personal data if it can be linked to natural persons.

  2. What is a 'processing' of personal data?

The concept of 'processing' is broad and covers most of what can be done with personal data. Everything from collection and storage to modification, use or deletion constitutes 'processing'.

  3. When do we collect personal data about you?

  • Data that you provide to us yourself

  • We collect and process personal data that you provide to us, e.g. when you visit our website, buy a particular product or service, sign up for our newsletter, contact us or use our digital channels.

  • Data collected when you use our services

When you use our services, we record information about your usage. This information includes the services you use, the pages you visit and your behavior on the website. For example, we use Google Analytics and other tools to record information. This information may include operating system, browser version, IP addresses, cookies and unique identifiers.

  • Data from other sources

We collect personal data, such as email addresses, that you have provided to other companies within the group with which you have a customer relationship. We do this to ensure that we always have up-to-date information for you and to be able to make offers about our own, other group companies' and selected partners' goods and services. Examples of information we collect are identity and contact information such as name, e-mail address and telephone number.

We also collect your data in cases where your employer has signed an agreement with us on, for example, training or news coverage and has then provided us with your personal data, for example, in order to communicate with you in connection with the agreement or for the service to be delivered to you on behalf of your employer.

In some cases, we may obtain information from other sources such as partners and other suppliers. We also collect and update your address details via third party address update services.

We may keep the data for longer if required by law or to protect our legal interests, e.g. if legal proceedings are ongoing.
